Our story
I’m Muhammad Umer, a full-stack developer. My partner and I started Ibex Solutions to build software for internet providers, and for teams who need a product built properly.
We build our own products for ISPs: a platform that runs the subscribers, resellers, billing and routers; an app that diagnoses a customer’s line from their phone; and analytics over DNS traffic. That work is why a problem with a MikroTik, a GPON port or a reseller wallet doesn’t need explaining to us.
We work across the stack, from React and NestJS to Python, FastAPI and Flutter, so one small team can take a product from the database to the phone. You talk directly to the people writing the code.

The ISP platform runs the business. The other products cover the jobs around it: keeping IP pools accurate, diagnosing customer lines and reading DNS traffic. The IP Pool Manager is also sold on its own.
